Miguel Martinez
Miguel earned his culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in 2005 and built his foundation in fine dining before launching his catering company, Chef City, in 2017—later rebranded as Maya Rosa. What began as a small pop-up operation grew in popularity, leading to a food truck in 2019 and, by 2021, a dedicated kitchen space in Longwood, Florida.
Now established in the Orlando food scene, Miguel has been featured in the Orlando Sentinel and continues to focus on delivering high-quality catering. His commitment to exceptional food and service has earned Maya Rosa a loyal and growing client base.
Owner & Head ChefKendall
Kendall serves as the Administrator at Maya Rosa, overseeing all front-of-house operations. She coordinates weddings, catering events, and drop-off services, ensuring each detail is organized and executed seamlessly.
From client communication and retention to scheduling, invoicing, and event logistics, Kendall plays a key role in creating a smooth and positive experience for every client.
AdministratorChloe earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Olivet Nazarene University in May 2022 and has been working in graphic design ever since. At Maya Rosa, she leads visual branding and social media, creating content that reflects the company’s identity and connects with its audience.
With a strong passion for creativity, Chloe enjoys bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and engaging visuals. Her work helps showcase the heart of Maya Rosa while maintaining a cohesive and professional brand presence.

She serves as the Sous Chef at Maya Rosa, overseeing all back-of-house operations and managing the kitchen in Sanford. She is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and ensuring consistency across every service.
In addition to leading kitchen operations, she coordinates and executes weddings, catering events, food truck services, and drop-off orders, playing a key role in delivering a seamless and high-quality experience for every client.
